"Kandi Wood was our realtor last June. We were moving from the panhandle to the Abilene area, and needed to buy a home. Kandi quickly responded to all of our questions and made herself available whenever we needed something. The main thing that I really appreciated about Kandi was that she knew her stuff. Mainly, she could look at a home and point out structural issues or other potential problems. So, she wasn’t just interested in making a quick sale, she really wanted to make sure she was helping us buy the best home for our needs. Another aspect I appreciated was that she was easygoing, and there were absolutely no high-pressure tactics. If you’re looking for a dependable realtor who will work hard for you and knows her stuff, Kandi is that person. I highly recommend her."

She made what was a stressful situation to begin with, as we had moved our Mother to assisted living a little easier daily!! The house sold within 1 day!!
